Responsibilities:
- Stand up, configure, and maintain Linux servers.
- Monitoring and patching/upgrades to standard networking resources (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Monitoring and patching/upgrades to servers and VM hardware.
- Assist and incorporate security compliance controls as applicable.
- Support documentation of non-applicable controls.
- Assist with installation of new or replacement hardware or software.
- Configure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure.
- Assist with decommission and/or removal of obsolete, excess, or replaced hardware.
- Document inventory changes.
Required:
- Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MD
- Proficient with Linux. Minimum of 3 years Linux system administration experience (within the last 3 years).
- Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources.
- VM experience
- Security + cert
Desired:
Should have a working knowledge and be able to use and/or support some (preferably most) of the following resources and tools.
- Dell and HPE Linux servers
- Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Palo Alto firewalls
- Ansible•Nutanix – VM management
- Rubrik – data storage
- Nomad containers
- SALT scripts
- ibreNMS
- NetBox
Education
- Bachelor's Degree. Ten (10) years' experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

The proposed salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $160,000
